Can
I get billing credits?
Yes. In some instances we issue credits. Billing credits are used to
remedy unusual or unexpected account problems such as outages or
unacceptable server downtimes.
A billing credit is a cash value applied to your account. The cash
cannot be withdrawn or transfered however. Credits must be applied to
future billing cycles or purchased products.
Credits may be issued at any time for various reasons at the descretion
of our customer service team.
