is web disk space?
Also known as storage
space, web space or disk space. Either term refers to the amount of
space allocated in a hosting plan. That space includes databases,
emails, images, text files, scripts and any other file uploaded to a
web site.
To put disk space into context, understand that a server's hard drive
is not much different than a hard drive on a personal home computer.
The hard drive only has so much disk space before it becomes full.
Anything uploaded or created in a web site uses space.
