Why
is my account suspended?
There are several reasons why an account may become suspended including
violations of the terms of service.
The most common reason for account suspension is for account
non-payment. This could either be the result of a declined credit card
or from a client failing to manually fulfil payment when due.
During the suspension period, any web sites associated with the
suspended account will not be available on the internet. Access
to cPanel will also be denied. Access to the client portal will still
be available to manage the account.
Suspensions may occurs as many as 6 days after payment is due on an
account.
Upon successful payment, accounts are fully restored.
After 45 days of payment inactivity, a hosting account may become
terminated which may result in the loss of associated web site files.
